“The Code” @ Kanvas

A groundbreaking digital art exhibition, marked the 2nd anniversary of Project22, the pioneering digital art project based in Dubai. Held from July 12 to 22, 2024, Project22 showcased the diverse and innovative world of generative and code art, bringing together 24 artists who each represented a month in the two-year journey of Project22.

The exhibition highlighted the unique styles and creative expressions of these talented individuals, with the central theme being the exploration of the endless possibilities within generative and code art. Each artist was given a strict 22-second time frame to create an immersive piece that reflected their distinct artistic vision. This constraint not only challenged the artists but also provided a dynamic and fast-paced viewing experience for the audience.

A major highlight of "The Code" was an audio-visual performance by Digital Moss, a renowned artist celebrated for captivating and immersive digital shows. By bringing together these 25 unique voices in the digital art community, Project22 continued to push the boundaries of what is possible, inspiring both artists and audiences alike. The exhibition was a testament to the ongoing evolution and impact of digital art, as Project22 celebrated its milestone anniversary with a truly innovative showcase.
