A single mother and her 22 children. The 22 is present not only in its literal form - the number of children - but also on a more substantial level, the role of the mother - if we take a closer look, all 22 smaller figures are connected to the main central one, showing signs of affection, dependence and guidance - the mother takes the role of a guardian angel (the number 22 is the representative number of the connection between the person and their guardian angel). This is where the artwork becomes personal, this is where the alien-ish looking figures create a direct bridge to who I am and the relationship with my mother, my own personal guardian angel
