Denver-based multimedia artist Chris May creates immersive and holistic sensory experiences. Working with a wide range of mediums, including generative animation, music, video, and sound design, Chris's digital landscapes are a feast for the senses, inviting viewers to get lost in his technicolor worlds and ponder the mysteries of the universe (or just stare at the pretty colors for a while). "Undercurrents" is an immersive video installation that explores the hidden forces that shape our lives. Projected on three walls and the floor of a dedicated space, stunning layers of dynamically generated 3D water invite viewers to reflect on the unseen currents that propel us forward.
